Qualification & Eligibility:
- Graduate (Any stream).
- Must have appeared in Punjab State-level competitive exams.
- Strong command over Subjects: Science, History, Polity, Geography, Current Affairs, Economics, Static GK
- Clear understanding of exam syllabus, difficulty level & question trends.
- Ability to understand and work with English and Punjabi medium exam content
- Reading and writing proficiency in the Punjabi Language is a must.
- Working Experience:
- 6 months – 1.5 years of experience preferred (Freshers may also apply).
- Experience in academic content creation / book publishing / test series development preferred.
- Experience working with English or Punjabi medium competitive exam content will be an added advantage.
Job Description:
We are looking for a logical and detail-oriented candidate to join our academic content team as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) Trainee – Punjab GK. This role is ideal for candidates who have recently appeared in competitive exams and want to build a career in academic content development for SSC, Railway, and Punjab State-level examinations.
The selected candidate will be trained to create exam-oriented Punjab GK content in English and Punjabi, including structured notes, practice sets, PYQ analysis, mock tests, and visual learning materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop chapter-wise Punjab GK content
- Create structured theory with concept explanation and solving approach.
- Prepare Basic → Moderate → Advanced level question sets.
- Provide step-by-step logical explanations in student-friendly language.
- Create shortcut techniques and solving strategies.
- Analyze Previous Year Questions (PYQs) and identify pattern trends..
- Create mind maps, flowcharts, and revision charts.
- Support in Mock Test & Daily Practice Problem (DPP) creation.
- Ensure factual accuracy and clarity in every solution.
- Work with English and Punjabi content to maintain exam relevance and clarity for both mediums.
Required Skills:
- Good command of English and Punjabi language.
- Strong command over Punjab GK and Current Affairs.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Google Docs/Sheets.
- Ability to create diagrams and puzzle representations.
- Familiarity with design tools (Preferred): PowerPoint / Canva / Figma.
- Good written communication skills (Hindi/English bilingual preferred).
- Must have your own laptop.
