Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata for a General Knowledge and Current Affairs Faculty. The role involves preparing and delivering engaging lessons, developing study materials, keeping students updated on current affairs, designing quizzes and tests, and assessing student performance. The faculty will also provide guidance to students on improving their general knowledge and analytical reasoning, while fostering an interactive and supportive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Current Affairs, General Knowledge, and national and international events
- Proven experience in teaching or mentoring in competitive exam preparation, especially in law entrance examinations
- Excellent communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in creating content, quizzes, and other educational materials
- Ability to engage students by using innovative teaching methodologies
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle curriculum planning and timely execution of lessons
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; preference for candidates with a background in Law, Political Science, or Journalism
- Passion for teaching and motivating students to achieve their career goals
