Job Description:

We are hiring Relationship Manager to join our growing General Insurance sales team. This role involves new client acquisition, managing existing client relationships, and offering tailored insurance solutions including Motor Insurance, Non-Motor Insurance (Fire, Marine, Engineering, Liability, etc.), Workmen Compensation (WC), and Health Insurance.

Key Responsibilities: New Business Development: Acquire new clients by promoting a range of general insurance products like Motor, Non-Motor, Health, WC, Property, Fire & Marine Insurance. Client Servicing: Provide dedicated support to clients on policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and claims. Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term client relationships and ensure excellent post-sale service. Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with underwriting, claims, operations, and other teams to ensure timely and seamless service. Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new insurance products. MIS & Reporting: Maintain sales pipeline data, client communication logs, and daily activity reports. Key Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Sales-driven with a customer-first approach Problem-solving and negotiation skills Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred) Eligibility: Education: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory) Note: Candidates who perform well and wish to continue with our organization will be offered a PPO.
