Role Summary

As a General Doctor (Telehealth Consultant), you will conduct online consultations, assess patient concerns, provide medical advice, prescribe treatments when appropriate, and guide patients toward better health outcomes through the CareMeez platform.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct online consultations via video, audio, or chat.

* Evaluate patient symptoms, medical history, and health concerns.

* Diagnose and manage common acute and chronic medical conditions.

* Prescribe medications in accordance with applicable telemedicine guidelines.

* Recommend diagnostic tests and follow-up care when required.

* Refer patients to specialists or emergency services when necessary.

* Maintain accurate consultation records and documentation.

* Ensure a professional, ethical, and patient-focused experience.

Requirements

* MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.

* Valid registration with NMC or State Medical Council.

* Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills.

* Ability to provide consultations in English, Hindi, or regional languages.

* Access to a reliable internet connection and smartphone/laptop.

* Prior telemedicine experience is preferred but not mandatory.
