About usEnhance Entertainment Media, the entertainment arm of IBS Group, builds artist-led IPs, live shows and sponsorship partnerships with national brands.

Responsibilities

• Assist management in planning and executing brand partnerships, live shows and events
• Prepare budgets, cost sheets, pitch decks and MIS reports
• Research brands, industries and prospects; maintain the client database
• Support outreach campaigns, social media coordination and trend research
• Help with hiring, onboarding and maintaining employee records
• Manage schedules, meeting notes, vendor coordination and office documentation

Eligibility

• Pursuing or completed BMS, BBA, BAF, BBI, B.Com or equivalent; MBA/PGDM freshers welcome
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Canva skills
• Clear written and spoken English
• Available immediately for a minimum of 3 months

Brownie points

• Prior startup, agency or events internship
• Evidence of brand partnership or sponsorship work
• Smart use of AI tools for research
