Job Description

Overview

The General Administration Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of site administrative and operational services, supporting a large manufacturing site, ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient operations across facilities, services, and governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage facility operations (canteen, cleaning, vendors, utilities)
  • Oversee transportation (shuttle buses, fleet, drivers)
  • Ensure security, access control, and site safety
  • Coordinate corporate travel and visitor logistics
  • Support leadership meetings (BOD, management, governance)
  • Lead events and executive visits
  • Manage employee services (clinic, uniforms, welfare)
  • Oversee admin services (supplies, courier, parking, access)
  • Liaise with government authorities and ensure compliance
  • Drive process improvement and audit readiness

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years in Admin / Facility / Site Operations
  • Experience managing large-scale operations and vendors
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and execution skills
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, high ownership mindset
  • Strong English and Thai communication
