General Accounting- cash flow/ Treasury/ R2R/ Bank Reconciliation (Only US process- general shift)

We're seeking a detail oriented Specialist (exp: 3-5 years) & Senior Specialist (exp: 6 -9 years)– General Accounting who is responsible for end to end accounting, reporting, and compliance. 

• Perform month end close activities – preparation of actual and accrual Journal entries.

• Perform quality balance sheet reconciliations.

• Expertise in performing bank reconciliations, identify and cleaning up aged reconciling items.

• Thought leadership / Engaging in enhancing process delivery efficiency & operational excellence.

• Comprehend end to end accounting impact on financial statements, audit trail, relevant backup documents.

• Extensive experience in performing effective bank reconciliations leveraging tools like APRO, High Radius, Kyriba, FloQast 

Cash flow/ Treasury

Qualifications:

• Master's (or) bachelor's in accounting or commerce.

• Experience with ERPs (Oracle/SAP/Microsoft Dynamics/Yardi preferred) and Reconciliation tools (Blackline/Sage Intacct/NetSuite/QuickBooks).

• Strong Excel and Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
