GenAI LLM Engineer

We're Hiring: GenAI / Applied LLM Engineer (6–12 Years Experience)

Are you excited about building real-world applications powered by Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) We're looking for experienced engineers who can design scalable AI systems and are open to an international work journey.

Role Overview

As a GenAI / Applied LLM Engineer, you will work on cutting-edge AI solutions using LLMs, machine learning, and data engineering. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to production-grade AI systems and collaborate across global teams.

Location & Relocation

• Initial 3 months in Chennai (India)
• Post that, relocation to Japan

Key Responsibilities

• Design & develop GenAI / LLM-powered applications
• Build and manage data pipelines (ETL/ELT) and data models
• Architect scalable systems using microservices patterns
• Implement RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and LLM integrations
• Develop backend systems using Python
• Collaborate with frontend teams using React & TailwindCSS
• Deploy and maintain production-grade ML systems

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Generative AI / Applied LLMs
• Solid foundation in Machine Learning
• Expertise in Python, Data Pipelines, ETL/ELT, Data Modeling
• Experience with Microservices Architecture
• Exposure to React.js & basic TailwindCSS
• Hands-on experience with:
• LLMs (OpenAI, HuggingFace, etc.)
• Prompt Engineering & RAG frameworks (LangChain, etc.)

Good to Have

• Experience with AWS / GCP / Azure
• Knowledge of MLOps and scalable deployments
• Familiarity with vector databases & embeddings
