1. Strategic Leadership & Vision
. Define and execute the GenAI strategy aligned with business objectives and industry trends.
. Lead the development of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agents for enterprise applications.
. Identify opportunities to leverage GenAI for automation, personalization, and operational efficiency.2. Technical Expertise & Development
. Design and implement GenAI solutions using frameworks like OpenAI GPT, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, etc.
. Build and fine-tune foundation models and develop domain-specific AI models for business use cases.
. Develop AI-powered applications including chatbots, content generation systems, code assistants, and intelligent automation tools. . Implement prompt engineering, model optimization, and guardrails for responsible AI deployment.3. Team Leadership & Collaboration
. Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and developers.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data, Business) to integrate GenAI into products and workflows.
. Drive best practices in AI development, MLOps, and model governance.4. Innovation & Research
. Stay updated with the latest advancements in GenAI, NLP, Computer Vision, and Multimodal AI.
. Experiment with emerging AI technologies and frameworks to drive innovation.
. Publish research, contribute to open-source projects, and represent the company at AI conferences.5. Deployment & Scalability
. Architect scalable, secure, and cost-efficient AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
. Implement MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
. Ensure AI ethics, bias mitigation, and compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
Education
. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.
. PhD in AI/ML is a plus. Experience . 8-10 years of experience in AI/ML, NLP, and Generative AI.
. 3+ years in a leadership or senior technical role managing AI projects and teams.
. Proven track record of deploying production-grade GenAI solutions at scale.Technical Skills
. GenAI Frameworks: OpenAI API, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Transformers, Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI.
. Programming Languages: Python, Java, JavaScript (Node.js), SQL.
. ML/DL Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn.
. Cloud Platforms: AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock), Azure (AI Studio), GCP (Vertex AI).
. Vector Databases: Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma, Qdrant.
. MLOps Tools: Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes.
. APIs & Integration: REST, GraphQL, Webhooks, Microservices. Domain Expertise
. Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, Fine-tuning, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents.
. Experience with NLP tasks (text generation, summarization, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition).
. Knowledge of AI ethics, explainability, and responsible AI practices.
