Code Review: Conducts thorough code reviews to maintain high code quality and adherence to best practices.

Technical Guidance: Provides technical guidance and support to the development team.

Mentorship: Mentors junior developers and fosters a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Collaboration: Works closely with Development Managers and other stakeholders to ensure technical alignment.

Problem Solving: Assists in solving complex technical issues and challenges.
