You'll Make a Difference By:

• Design & Development: Architecting and developing agentic architectures for generative AI systems, ensuring scalable and reliable solutions.
• Framework Utilization: Utilizing tools such as Langchain, Langraph, and observability platforms like Langsmith and Langfuse to enhance performance, monitoring, and debugging.
• Collaboration: Working alongside cross-functional teams to build and deploy generative AI solutions that align with business objectives.
• RAG Applications: Developing, testing, and maintaining Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications, ensuring they are optimized for high performance and reliability.
• Evaluation & User Experience: Conducting evaluations of chat applications, analyzing their effectiveness, and improving user engagement.
• Innovation & Research: Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI technologies and methodologies, continuously improving your skills and knowledge.
• Documentation: Ensuring that processes, architectures, and code are documented thoroughly to promote maintainability and knowledge sharing across teams.

Required Skills:

• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Python: Strong hands-on experience with Python programming.
• Frameworks: Hands-on experience with Langchain and Langraph.
• Observability Tools: Familiarity with Langsmith and Langfuse to monitor and optimize generative AI applications.
• Machine Learning Deployment: Experience in deploying machine learning models into production environments.
• RAG Applications: Knowledge and experience in Retrieval-Augmented Generation applications and their practical implementation.

• Experience:
• 5-7 years of experience in software engineering or related fields.
• Proven track record of developing and deploying generative AI applications in real-world environments.
• Experience in evaluating and improving chat applications for performance, functionality, and user engagement.

• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges in generative AI.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
