Your Role

We are looking for a Data Scientist with 5-7 years of experience who has hands-on expertise in building and deploying classical machine learning and deep learning models, along with exposure to Generative AI systems. You will collaborate with business and engineering teams to translate operational challenges into AI/ML problem statements and contribute to scalable solutions that can be deployed on cloud infrastructure.

Main responsibilities:

• Work with business stakeholders to understand problems and help frame them into AI/ML use cases.
• Design and implement models using classical techniques (regression, classification, forecasting, anomaly detection) and deep learning architectures (CNNs, Transformers).
• Contribute to Generative AI applications - such as RAG pipelines, agentic frameworks, and LLM orchestration.
• Support responsible use of GenAI by evaluating model suitability, explainability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Assist in setting up CI/CD pipelines for model training, testing, and deployment monitor models for data drift and performance issues.
• Design, develop, implement and support GenAI platforms, solutions and systems from scratch and integrate GenAI technology into existing platforms and applications securely and stably.
• Write and maintain documentation for GenAI solutions, including technical specifications, user guides and best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and identify opportunities for GenAI Solutions, as well as to ensure successful deployments.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in GenAI technology and contribute to the research and development of new AI-based solutions.
• Research, analyze and evaluate the best off-the-shelf GenAI solutions and review with relevant stakeholders to determine the best fit for our business needs.

To succeed, you will need

The Data Scientist will understand requirements, develop GenAI-based systems or classical mahcine learnig models, and ensure seamless integration with existing technology infrastructure.

Experience : 2 to 5 Years

Additionally, the candidate will scout the market for the best off-the-shelf GenAI solutions, evaluate different technology platforms, and identify the most effective and efficient ways to incorporate them into our systems. This includes researching and analyzing free and paid solutions to determine the best fit for our needs.

The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of MEAN, Azure (AI), AI and GenAI, DevOps, Python and Jira. Additionally, proficiency in other relevant technologies and frameworks, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment are essential for success in this role.

Required skills are as follows:

• You have proven experience with MEAN stack: developing and owning applications from intake to delivery and support.
• RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, Agentic AI
• Regression, classification, forecasting, anomaly detection, CNNs, Transformers
• DevOps an Git do not have any secrets for you.
• You know the ins and outs of AI and GenAI, and can perform the different steps of the data science process: from data extraction over model building to deployment and monitoring has no secrets for you.
• You know the Azure cloud stack, especially Azure AI.
• You know your way around in Python, React and SQL.
• You communicate fluently in English.
• You are not shy to challenge the governance processes and try to improve the current way of working.

Preferably, you also have:

Knowledge about the Azure AI ecosystem.
Experience with digital signal processing (of voice, images, video).
Experience with the following tools/technologies/frameworks: Jira, Agile, Scrum, Confluence.
