We are seeking a highly experienced GenAI Architect with a Testing & Automation background to drive the integration of Generative AI (GenAI) and AI/ML technologies into our testing and Verification & Validation (V&V) service offerings. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in AI-driven test automation, architecture, and strategy, with the ability to re-engineer existing systems and develop AI-based automation accelerators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and integrate GenAI/AI solutions into existing testing, automation, and V&V service offerings.
- Re-design internal and customer systems to incorporate GenAI for enhanced automation and efficiency.
- Develop AI-powered test solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams and customers.
- Drive the adoption of GenAI technologies for test automation across the organization.
- Assess and recommend AI-driven automation strategies to clients based on their existing testing frameworks.
- Identify and define high-value use cases where AI-powered automation can improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with clients and partners to align test automation solutions with business and market needs.
Technical Skills & Expertise:
AI & GenAI Expertise:
- Extensive experience in AI/ML architecture and implementations for Test Automation, Accelerators, and V&V projects.
- Strong knowledge of GenAI models and their applications in automated testing.
Test Automation & Tools:
- Test Automation Architecture & Development expertise for Web, Mobile, Cloud, API, and Embedded systems.
- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as:
- Selenium
- Appium
- Cucumber
- TestNG
- Custom-built automation accelerators
- Experience in manual testing methodologies, including:
- Test Development Life Cycle (TDLC)
- Various testing types (Functional, Regression, Performance, Security, etc.)
- Creating test approaches/plans
Consulting & Leadership:
- Lead QA assessment teams to evaluate customers testing processes and provide strategic recommendations for GenAI adoption.
- Identify opportunities for AI-based testing solutions, accelerators, platforms, and tools.
- Work closely with product teams and clients to define feature requirements and ensure alignment with market needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in software testing, automation, and AI/ML-powered test solutions.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML-driven automation frameworks.
- Proven experience in integrating AI-powered automation into enterprise testing environments.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on innovation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Experience in GenAI-based predictive analytics for testing.
- Expertise in QA tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr.
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to ITAM, CSM, GRC, and LSD.
