Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced GenAI Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Python, Generative AI architecture, solution design, and manual coding. The ideal candidate should have experience designing and deploying production-grade GenAI solutions and be capable of translating business requirements into scalable technical architectures.

The candidate will be responsible for architecture design, hands-on development, technical mentoring, solution walkthroughs, and performance optimization of GenAI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect Generative AI solutions for enterprise applications.
• Create High-Level Designs (HLDs) and high-level architecture/block diagrams for GenAI solutions.
• Develop scalable and production-ready GenAI applications using Python and manual coding.
• Provide end-to-end architectural solutions, technical guidance, mentoring, and technical walkthroughs.
• Design and implement GenAI solutions across eCommerce, Retail, Omni-Channel, and B2B domains.
• Work on GenAI projects that are deployed and operated in production environments.
• Design and develop MCP (Model Context Protocol) solutions and MCP Servers.
• Develop GenAI applications using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
• Work with LangChain and LangGraph for application development and orchestration.
• Containerize and deploy applications using Docker.
• Develop and integrate CI/CD pipelines for GenAI applications.
• Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve application quality and performance.
• Identify and implement performance optimization and improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct technical walkthroughs and mentor development teams on GenAI architecture and implementation.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in Python programming and manual coding.
• Proven experience as a GenAI Architect / AI Architect / Generative AI Architect.
• Strong experience in GenAI solution architecture and HLD design.
• Ability to create high-level architecture diagrams/block diagrams, not just process or flow diagrams.
• Experience designing and implementing production-grade GenAI solutions.
• Minimum 2 GenAI projects deployed in a production environment.
• Hands-on experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and MCP Server development.
• Strong experience with RAG architecture and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph orchestration.
• Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
• Experience in developing and integrating CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering techniques.
• Experience in performance optimization and application improvement.
• Strong problem-solving and technical communication skills.
• Ability to mentor developers and conduct technical/architecture walkthroughs.
