We are looking for an experienced GenAI Architect to design and deliver enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions on Azure. The role focuses on building intelligent, cloud-native applications using LLMs, RAG pipelines, OCR, and agent-based frameworks, while providing strong architectural leadership across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end-to-end GenAI solutions, including data pipelines, model design, evaluation, and production deployment.
- Design and optimize generative models using GANs, VAEs, reinforcement learning, and LLM-based architectures.
- Develop scalable solutions using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Semantic Kernel.
- Leverage Azure OpenAI, Azure ML Studio, Azure Cognitive Search, and Azure Document Intelligence for building secure, scalable AI systems.
- Define evaluation strategies and continuously improve model quality, performance, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
- Stay current with GenAI research, trends, and emerging enterprise use cases.
Qualifications
- Masters or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Machine Learning.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML with strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, GANs, VAEs, LLMs, and RL.
- Extensive experience with Azure AI services and cloud-native deployments.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a 4 PM – 1 AM IST shift aligning with global teams.
