Role Overview
As a GenAI Application Developer, you will:
- Build AI-Powered Apps: Design and develop applications using LLM APIs and GenAI frameworks.
- Integrate Smart Workflows: Connect AI models to real-world data sources, APIs, and user interfaces.
- Innovate with AI: Create experiences such as chatbots, content assistants, RAG systems, AI agents, and more.
What You'll Do
GenAI Development:
- Work with LLM APIs (e.g. OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, Mistral) to build AI-driven features.
- Use LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar libraries to orchestrate multi-step workflows, RAG pipelines, and custom agents.
Application Integration:
- Integrate GenAI into web or mobile frontends using frameworks like React or Flutter.
- Connect AI pipelines with vector stores (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) and external APIs or databases.
- Optimize performance, latency, and output quality for production use.
Technical Requirements & Skills
- Experience: 2–5 years in AI/ML or software development with GenAI experience.
- Programming: Strong in Python (required), JavaScript/TypeScript (preferred for frontend integration).
- AI Tools: Experience with OpenAI API, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Transformers, and vector databases.
- Deployment: Familiarity with building and deploying APIs, cloud functions, or GenAI apps.
- Bonus: Experience with fine-tuning, prompt engineering, or building multimodal applications.
