The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and deploying AI/ML models, with a deep understanding of Gen AI technologies and their applications. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models with a focus on Generative AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI/ML opportunities.
- Conduct research and stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML and Gen AI.
- Optimize and fine-tune existing models for improved performance and scalability.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in AI/ML best practices.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and contribute to strategic planning.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong expertise in Generative AI technologies and frameworks.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Extensive experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications
