Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement generative AI models and solutions tailored to client requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists and developers to integrate AI functionalities into our products.
Optimize and fine-tune AI algorithms for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
Research emerging AI technologies and frameworks to maintain cutting-edge expertise.
Prepare documentation and reports on AI model development, performance testing, and deployment processes.
Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and knowledge sharing activities to foster continuous learning.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
Proficiency in machine learning and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
Strong programming skills in Python
Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and generative models
Knowledge of data analysis and data processing techniques
Ability to develop and fine-tune AI models for various applications
Understanding of AI model deployment and scaling in production environments
Familiarity with cloud platforms and APIs for AI services
Preferred
Experience with large language models (LLMs) and transformer architectures
Knowledge of AI ethics and bias mitigation strategies
Background in software engineering best practices for AI development
