The Opportunity

  • Define, lead, and execute the transformation vision in alignment with the customer's business objectives and strategy
  • Establish and oversee the Transformation Office to support governance, delivery, and ongoing transformation initiatives
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the customer and the transformation team, ensuring transparency and alignment
  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of transformation initiatives across planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, business leaders, and external partners
  • Communicate transformation goals, progress, and outcomes to executive stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and advise on their relevance to the customer's transformation agenda
  • Lead budget planning, resource allocation, and financial tracking for transformation programs
  • Own and define enterprise-grade Azure and GenAI reference architectures, including cloud, data, AI, and agentic patterns
  • Lead the design of GenAI solutions, including LLM-based systems, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic workflows
  • Act as the final architectural authority for complex, large-scale transformation and GenAI-led engagements
  • Ensure security, privacy, compliance, and Responsible AI principles are embedded by design
  • Lead large-deal solutioning and pre-sales engagements, including discovery workshops and executive-level presentations
  • Shape deal strategy, solution differentiation, value articulation, and pricing constructs in partnership with sales leadership
  • Own the technical win strategy for strategic pursuits and transformation-led deals
  • Serve as a trusted advisor in C-level deal conversations, linking technology decisions to business outcomes
  • Act as a senior interface with Microsoft Azure, AI, and industry GTM teams for joint pursuits and co-sell motions
  • Leverage Microsoft programs, accelerators, and funding mechanisms to drive customer and commercial success
  • Represent the firm in Microsoft forums, customer briefings, and thought-leadership platforms
  • Lead and contribute to large, complex proposals and RFP responses, shaping solution narratives, architecture, and value propositions for strategic pursuits

Primary Skills

The candidate will have 15+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, business consulting, and technology strategy, with a strong delivery track record, demonstrated P&L contribution, and deep expertise driving Microsoft technology-stack-based transformations. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technology Management, or a related field is required (Master's degree preferred).

Key qualifications include:

  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to define and execute long-term transformation strategies aligned to business goals
  • Strong customer orientation, decision-making, problem-solving, and executive presentation skills
  • Deep, hands-on expertise in Azure Cloud and GenAI architectures, including LLMs, RAG pipelines, agent-based solutions, data platforms, and automation
  • Proven experience designing end-to-end Microsoft-based solutions aligned to business and customer needs
  • Experience leading large-scale digital transformations leveraging Azure, DevOps, Power Platform, and related technologies
  • Proven experience in pre-sales leadership and deal shaping for complex transformation and GenAI engagements
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity, zero-to-one initiatives, and frontier transformation programs
  • Strong executive presence, storytelling ability, and entrepreneurial mindset
