About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Generative AI & Agentic AI Trainer who will primarily focuson delivering high-impact, industry-aligned training programs, while also contributing tohands-on AI agent development. This role blends instructor-led corporate training andcertification delivery with practical exposure to building real-world AI agents using modernGenAI and LLM frameworks.

Candidates should demonstrate a genuine interest in training and mentoringindividuals. While prior experience in delivering training programs is an advantage, it isnot mandatory. Candidates with strong technical expertise and a passion for mentoringand upskilling learners are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate should be able totranslate complex AI systems into practical, job-ready learning experiences.

Role Distribution:

80%: Training, mentoring, curriculum & certification delivery

20%: AI agent design, development, and hands-on demonstrations

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training & Facilitation (Primary):

Deliver in-person instructor-led training (ILT) on Generative AI, LLMs, and AgenticAI

Conduct corporate workshops, bootcamps, and certification programs

Lead hands-on labs, case studies, and capstone projects

Customize training programs based on enterprise and learner requirements

Mentor learners on real-world AI problem solving and career readiness

Evaluate assignments, projects, and certification outcomes

2. Curriculum & Certification Development:

Design and enhance curricula aligned with global certification standards

Develop assessments, real-world projects, labs, and evaluation rubrics

Ensure training content reflects current industry tools, trends, and use cases

3. AI Agent Development & Technical Contribution (Secondary):

Design, build, and demonstrate end-to-end AI agents using LLMs (GPT, Claude, etc.)

Architect single-agent and multi-agent workflows using LangChain, AutoGPT,CrewAI, or similar frameworks

Implement RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, memory, and planning mechanisms

Integrate AI models with APIs, tools, databases, and enterprise systems

Contribute to internal PoCs, demos, and reference architectures for trainingprograms

Support deployment concepts using FastAPI, Flask, Docker, or similar tools

4. Industry Alignment & Thought Leadership:

Stay updated with advancements in GenAI, LLMs, and autonomous agents

Contribute to blogs, webinars, whitepapers, and knowledge sessions

Support pre-sales or solution discussions as a subject matter expert when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Must-Have:

1. Strong hands-on experience in Generative AI and Agentic AI

2. Proficiency in Python for AI/ML and LLM-based application development

3. Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, HuggingFace, etc.)

4. Hands-on knowledge of LangChain, AutoGPT, or similar agent frameworks

5. Deep understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases (FAISS,

Pinecone, Weaviate)

6. Experience with RAG pipelines and memory-augmented agents

7. Proven experience in corporate training, mentoring, or professional instruction

8. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

Nice-to-Have:

1. Experience deploying AI agents in production or enterprise environments

2. Knowledge of reinforcement learning, fine-tuning, or agent optimization techniques

3. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

4. Experience with LMS platforms or certification bodies

5. Contributions to open-source AI projects, blogs, or research

Educational Background:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Engineering, or

related fields
