Job Description

Mandatory Skills
. Strong hands-on experience in Python (production-grade development)
. Experience in building and deploying Generative AI / LLM-based solutions
. Strong knowledge of RAG architecture and LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain or similar)
. Experience with vector databases and embeddings
. Advanced SQL (complex queries, performance optimization)
. Experience developing APIs (FastAPI/Flask)
. Working knowledge of OpenShift (OCP) and containerization (Docker)
. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Good to Have
. Experience with model fine-tuning
. Exposure to cloud AI services (Azure/AWS/GCP)
. Understanding of MLOps practices
. Experience in banking/insurance domain

We are looking for a Senior Generative AI Engineer capable of independently designing and delivering end-to-end GenAI solutions. The role requires strong Python and SQL expertise, hands-on experience with LLMs and RAG architectures, and working knowledge of OpenShift-based deployments.
The candidate should be able to:
. Design and build scalable GenAI solutions
. Develop and optimize RAG pipelines
. Build APIs and integrate structured/unstructured data sources
. Deploy solutions on OCP with minimal supervision
. Take ownership from design to production
The expectation is that after initial onboarding, the resource should be able to work independently with minimal guidance
