GEN AI ML Engineer

Job Requirements

Position Overview

This role designs develops and deploys AI powered solutions using no code low code and advanced

engineering platforms The AI Builder translates business needs into scalable applications that enhance products,

workflows and decision making while applying responsible AI enterprise engineering and production-readiness

practices

Primary Responsibilities

Partner with senior AI ML engineers and technical leads to experiment with novel model architectures,

algorithms and emerging generative AI capabilities

Advance agentic capabilities by building autonomous systems that can reason plan use tools and interact

with complex environments while maintaining appropriate human oversight

Optimize data training deployment monitoring and continuous learning pipelines for reliable large-scale

operation

Builder Responsibilities

Design, develop and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code and advanced platforms,

translating business needs into scalable enterprise applications that enhance products workflows, and

decision-making

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science engineering or a related field or equivalent relevant

Experience

5+ years of software development experience including 2+ years delivering AI/ML focused solutions

Hands on experience implementing generative AI solutions using OpenAI compatible APIs and cloud-based AI

and data services

Advanced Python proficiency for AI ML engineering backend services automation and data processing.

Hands on experience with Azure App Service Azure Functions Azure Monitor and Application Insights.

Experience with GitHub and Microsoft 365 Copilot in enterprise engineering workflows

Experience developing front end applications using React or Angular and backend services using Python.

Solid understanding of RAG architecture vector databases embeddings semantic search retrieval

optimization and evaluation

Demonstrated ability to lead the design and implementation of intelligent applications using Azure OpenAI, an

enterprise LLM gateway and RAG techniques

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with prompt engineering model evaluation and fine tuning large language models

Creates reusable patterns documentation and engineering assets that accelerate delivery across teams.

Build trusted stakeholder relationships and communicate technical decisions risks and trade offs clearly.
