EY is hiring a Manager for its AI & Data Tech Consulting team within GDS Consulting. The role focuses on Agentic AI, GenAI, analytics, and data-driven transformation for enterprise and portfolio clients.

Experience
- 10–12 years of experience in Agentic AI, digital transformation, and strategy consulting
- Proven track record in AI-driven transformation programs, including Agentic AI, GenAI, predictive analytics, and process mining
- Experience in building and deploying accelerators, playbooks, or proprietary platforms for data-driven consulting
Qualification
- MBA
- PGDM

Responsibilities
- Partner with operating partners and leadership teams to define and execute Agentic AI, GenAI, and analytics-driven strategies
- Develop and deploy AI implementation playbooks, frameworks, and accelerators
- Assess technology cost optimization, data monetization, and digital transformation opportunities across portfolio companies
- Assess data readiness for AI across quality, lineage, security, and architecture
- Review enterprise data across ERP and core systems to identify gaps and issues
- Define prioritized actions to fix data gaps and enable AI use cases
- Apply assessments during diligence, post-merger integration, and 100-day plans
- Convert findings into business cases with ROI and value impact
- Lead Agentic AI initiatives by translating business and functional requirements into agent architectures, workflows, and capabilities
- Build proprietary AI/ML accelerators for customer care, software development, predictive analytics, and operational automation
- Architect data solutions using cloud platforms, data engineering frameworks, and predictive analytics models
- Guide portfolio companies on data governance frameworks, data marketplaces, and analytics COEs
- Design end-to-end data transformation programs from roadmap creation to solution implementation
- Work closely with account leaders to identify opportunities and develop tailored value propositions
- Support pursuit strategy, proposal development, and client orals for strategic accounts
- Represent the firm at global analyst briefings, industry forums, and thought leadership platforms
- Manage and mentor cross-functional teams across consulting, product development, and data engineering
- Foster collaboration between AI product teams, analytics experts, and sector specialists
- Drive knowledge sharing and capability-building within the team
Additional Responsibilities
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, LLMs, process mining, and advanced analytics
- Collaborate with global clients and teams across EY service lines, geographies, and sectors
Nice To Have
- Knowledge of business process transformation
- Familiarity with process mining tools like Celonis, Signavio, or PAFnow
- Experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, semantic kernels, or Autogen
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, data visualization tools, and analytics solutions
- Exposure to ERP transformations such as Dynamics 365, SAP, or Oracle and portfolio tech integrations
- Exceptional client engagement and stakeholder management skills, especially with C-suite executives
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate AI into business value
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities
- GenAI and LLM focussed certifications from Google, Microsoft, AWS, Coursera, etc.
