We are looking for a skilled Gen AI Engineer with 6–8 years of experience in Python development, Azure cloud services, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications using modern GenAI frameworks and Azure AI services.

Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Gen AI Engineer with 6–8 years of experience in Python development, Azure cloud services, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications using modern GenAI frameworks and Azure AI services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications using Azure AI Services and OpenAI models.
- Build and optimize RAG-based solutions leveraging vector databases and semantic search.
- Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python.
- Integrate LLMs such as GPT, Llama, Claude, or similar models into enterprise applications.
- Implement prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation strategies.
- Work with Azure AI Studio, Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Search, and Azure Machine Learning.
- Develop AI agents, chatbots, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
- Monitor, optimize, and maintain AI applications in production environments.
- Ensure security, governance, and compliance standards are followed in AI implementations.
- 6–8 years of overall IT experience.
- Strong programming experience in Python.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI Service and Azure AI Studio.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience in building RAG pipelines.
- Knowledge of Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, etc.).
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering techniques.
- Experience in REST API development and microservices architecture.
- Understanding of AI model evaluation and monitoring.
- Experience with AI Agents and Multi-Agent Frameworks.
- Exposure to MLOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of data engineering concepts and ETL pipelines.
- Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
