About the Job

We are looking for a GenAI Engineer to design and implement generative AI solutions for text, image, and code generation. This role focuses on leveraging cutting-edge models to create innovative applications that power intelligent agents and enterprise workflows.

The GenAI Engineer will work on fine-tuning, integrating, and deploying generative AI models for diverse use cases. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with LLMs, multimodal AI systems, and prompt optimization techniques to deliver high-quality outputs.

Responsibilities

Experience in deploying production-grade generative AI applications beyond prototypes, with measurable impact on business workflows or customer experience.

Develop and fine-tune generative AI models for text, image, and code tasks.

Integrate models into production systems and optimize performance for scalability.

Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to define use cases and workflows.

Implement prompt engineering strategies for better output quality and reliability.

Stay updated on emerging GenAI technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

Mandatory Skills

Strong proficiency in Python and experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar frameworks.

Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or comparable LLM APIs.

Knowledge of embeddings, vector databases, and model fine-tuning techniques.

Familiarity with transformer architectures and diffusion models.

Additional Skills

Experience with multi-modal AI (text-to-image, speech-to-text).

Knowledge of MLOps and deployment pipelines (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).

Understanding of ethical AI principles and bias mitigation strategies.

Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
