Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Gen AI Development professional, based in Bhubaneswar. The role involves developing and implementing generative AI solutions, designing innovative AI-driven applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration of AI technologies. The candidate will also be responsible for conducting research, testing, and optimization of AI algorithms to enhance performance and reliability.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving capability
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts
- Proficiency in Software Development and Programming
- Basic understanding of Sales processes and how AI solutions can support business growth
- Familiarity with AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar
- Experience in deploying and maintaining AI/ML models is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Should have worked on live projects with tech stack - GHCP, Azure ML, Python, RAG
- Experience level - 0 to 3 years
