Responsibilities :-
- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and AI/ML technologies.
- Build and optimize GenAI applications leveraging OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar foundation models.
- Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures using vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, or Azure AI Search.
- Create scalable AI workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, and agent-based architectures.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and monitor LLM performance to ensure accuracy, scalability, security, and responsible AI compliance.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), and business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into innovative AI-powered solutions.
- Implement prompt engineering strategies, model orchestration, and guardrails to improve response quality and user experience.
- Ensure best practices in MLOps, CI/CD, governance, data security, model monitoring, and AI lifecycle management.
- Mentor development teams, provide technical leadership, and drive GenAI adoption across enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
