Key Deliverables

• Design and deploy scalable generative AI models and applications tailored to specific business use cases.
• Develop robust data pipelines to preprocess, clean, and manage large datasets required for model training and fine-tuning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing software ecosystems.
• Optimize model performance, latency, and accuracy through iterative testing and advanced prompt engineering techniques.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for model architecture, API integrations, and deployment workflows.
• Monitor AI system performance in production environments to ensure reliability and continuous improvement.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in software development or data engineering.
• Proficiency in Python for building scalable applications and data processing scripts.
• Strong foundational knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms, frameworks, and deep learning architectures.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI frameworks.
• Ability to work onsite in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, to facilitate close collaboration with the engineering team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for deploying AI workloads.
• Exposure to MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for machine learning.
• Understanding of data privacy, security, and ethical AI development standards.
