Job Summary

We are seeking an innovative Generative AI Developer with 4+ years of software development and AI/ML experience to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI frameworks, and cloud AI services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Python, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Vector Databases, and AI Application Development.

The candidate will be responsible for building enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions including intelligent chatbots, virtual assistants, knowledge management systems, AI copilots, document intelligence platforms, and workflow automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications using LLMs.
• Build enterprise AI assistants, chatbots, and AI-powered automation solutions.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Implement prompt engineering and prompt optimization strategies.
• Integrate LLMs with databases, APIs, enterprise applications, and knowledge repositories.
• Create document understanding and information extraction solutions.
• Develop semantic search and question-answering systems.
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize AI models for performance and accuracy.
• Implement AI safety, security, governance, and guardrail frameworks.
• Build scalable AI services using cloud-native technologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and deliver AI use cases.
• Monitor AI application performance and continuously improve model outputs.
