Gen AI Developer

We are hiring a Senior GenAI Developer (6-10 Yrs) at Straive to build, optimize, and deploy production-grade Generative AI applications. If you have a strong software engineering foundation and deep expertise in turning LLMs into scalable enterprise systems, we want to talk to you.

Key Technical Requirements:

• GenAI & RAG: LangChain, LlamaIndex, Vector DBs (Pinecone/ChromaDB), RAG pipeline optimization
• Models & Fine-Tuning: Hands-on with OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, Mistral + LoRA/QLoRA fine-tuning
• Core Engineering: Python (Expert), OOP, RESTful/GraphQL APIs
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Azure, or GCP + Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD

What You'll Do:

• Architect high-performance RAG pipelines and design advanced Prompt Engineering strategies (Chain-of-Thought, few-shot).
• Integrate, fine-tune, and deploy commercial & open-source LLMs into enterprise architecture.
• Mentor junior developers and drive technical excellence across the team.
