Role and Responsibilities
- 4-8 years of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence including Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Python, Cloud Platform(s), etc.
- Minimum 3 years of experience of development using Generative AI platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, other open-source platforms, etc.
- Development and implementation of generative AI models, with a primary focus on ChatGPT, Gemini and similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs), small language models (SLMs), natural language processing (NLP) techniques, MLOps, etc.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, or AWS for deploying AI applications.
- Experience of data analysis, data pre-processing, and modelling to extract valuable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Train and fine-tune models using large datasets to enhance performance, accuracy, and natural language understanding.
- Engage with the wider AI research community, stay informed about cutting-edge research. Should be eager to learn and explore new areas in Generative AI.
- Create comprehensive documentation for models, algorithms, and processes. Ensure knowledge transfer to other team members and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design models that meet specific business objectives.
