Technical Skills Mandatory
- Design, develop, and deploy Predictive AI and Generative AI solutions
- Build and fine-tune Generative AI models for text, image, audio, or video generation
- Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Llama, Claude, Mistral, and open-source models for domain-specific use cases
- Develop and optimize prompt engineering techniques to improve response quality and reliability
- Build AI-driven chatbots, virtual assistants, and autonomous agents
- Train and optimize models using structured and unstructured datasets, including reinforcement learning techniques
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) using embeddings and vector databases
- Work with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers
- Deploy AI models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or on-premises environments
- Develop REST APIs and integrate AI models into enterprise applications
- Ensure model performance, scalability, security, and ethical AI compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
Technical Skills (Must Have)
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face
- Strong understanding of Transformer architectures, LLM fine-tuning, and diffusion models
- Experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, etc.)
- Solid understanding of Prompt Engineering, RAG, and embeddings
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
