Gen AI Developer

We are seeking an innovative Gen AI Developer with strong proficiency in Python and leading ML frameworks. You will be responsible for developing and deploying cutting-edge generative AI models, leveraging expertise in LLMs, NLP, and vector databases. This role requires a solid understanding of MLOps practices and experience with cloud platforms to build scalable and secure AI solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Generative AI models, including those utilizing LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Claude, etc.) and image/video generation models.
• Apply expertise in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and JAX for model development and optimization.
• Leverage knowledge of NLP (Natural Language Processing), transformers, embeddings, and prompt engineering to build sophisticated AI applications.
• Implement solutions using vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques.
• Deploy AI models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Apply MLOps principles for continuous integration, continuous delivery, and monitoring of AI models.
• Develop and integrate APIs for model serving using frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• [Optional] Explore and implement techniques such as fine-tuning, reinforcement learning (RLHF), and synthetic data generation.

Skills Required:

• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
• Experience with LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Claude, etc.) and image/video generation models.
• Knowledge of NLP, transformers, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Experience deploying AI models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Understanding of MLOps, APIs, and model serving (FastAPI, Flask, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs.
• Background in image and video generation models (Stable Diffusion, DALL E, Midjourney).
• Contributions to open-source AI projects.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
