JD:

• Experience:
• 16+ years of experience in Gen AI and machine learning, with at least 5+ years in a senior architecture or leadership role.
• Proven experience working with Gen AI technologies (e.g., GPT models, large-scale language models, deep learning) in real-world applications.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML methodologies, including supervised/unsupervised learning, natural language processing (NLP), and reinforcement learning.
• Extensive experience in the Retail domain, with a strong understanding of retail systems (e.g., e-commerce platforms, CRM, POS, ERP) and business processes (e.g., pricing, inventory management, supply chain optimization).
• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Expertise in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) and AI/ML deployment tools.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly identify issues and propose solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into business language for stakeholders.
• Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing AI initiatives end-to-end.
