Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced GenAI Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of large-scale Generative AI solutions. The candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in LLMs, cloud architecture, Databricks, and production-grade AI systems built on AWS.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect and design end-to-end Generative AI platforms and solutions.
Define GenAI system architecture including LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and inference layers.
Design data and AI workflows using Databricks for large-scale data processing, feature engineering, and analytics.
Lead model selection, evaluation, fine-tuning strategies, and deployment approaches.
Design and implement scalable AI services using FastAPI and container-based architectures.
Work extensively with AWS services including Bedrock, ECS, EKS, S3, Lambda, IAM, and CloudWatch.
Establish best practices for model deployment, monitoring, scaling, and cost optimization.
Collaborate with data engineering teams to build lakehouse and AI pipelines on Databricks.
Guide and mentor GenAI engineers and ML teams.
Ensure security, compliance, reliability, and performance of AI systems in production.
Stay updated with advancements in LLMs, GenAI frameworks, and cloud-native AI patterns.
Required Skills:
Strong experience in Python and system design for AI platforms.
Deep expertise in LLMs, Generative AI frameworks, and prompt engineering.
Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock and managed LLM services.
Strong knowledge of Databricks, Spark, and lakehouse architecture.
Experience designing and deploying RAG architectures and vector search systems.
Hands-on experience with FastAPI, Docker, and orchestration using ECS or EKS.
Strong understanding of cloud architecture, security, and scalability principles.
Good experience with SQL and data modeling.
Good to Have:
Experience with fine-tuning techniques such as LoRA, QLoRA, and PEFT.
Exposure to MLOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines for ML systems.
Experience in fintech, enterprise AI, or large-scale data environments.
