We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative GenAI Architect to lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of generative AI models, machine learning, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with OpenAI models, LangChain, and Bedrock, as well as a strong foundation in observability tools like LangFuse, Security.
Responsibilities:
- Architecture Design: Design and develop robust and scalable AI architectures that leverage the power of generative AI models.
- Model Selection and Fine-tuning: Evaluate and select appropriate AI models, and fine-tune them to meet specific business requirements.
- Prompt Engineering: Develop effective prompting strategies to elicit desired outputs from AI models.
- Integration with Cloud Platforms: Integrate AI solutions with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, optimizing performance and cost-efficiency.
- Observability and Monitoring: Implement robust monitoring and observability solutions to track model performance and identify potential issues.
- Data Engineering: Collaborate with data engineers to ensure the availability of high-quality data for training and inference.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide team members in the adoption of AI best practices.
- Stay Updated: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and explore innovative applications for the organization.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong understanding of generative AI models, including large language models, text-to-image models, and more.
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI models, LangChain, and Bedrock.
- Proficiency in Python programming language
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI services.
- Knowledge of data engineering concepts and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
