About the Role :

IIVS is hiring a Gemstone Sales Expert to handle customer enquiries, understand their gemstone requirements, provide product consultation, and convert qualified leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle gemstone enquiries through calls and WhatsApp.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gemstones.
• Explain gemstone quality, authenticity, certification, pricing, weight, origin, and specifications.
• Handle customer objections and close sales confidently.
• Follow up with leads and maintain the sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for billing, certification, and dispatch.

Candidate Profile :

• 1–4 years of experience in gemstone, jewellery, luxury retail, B2C, or consultative sales.
• Good knowledge of gemstones and their quality parameters.
• Knowledge of Vedic Astrology and gemstone recommendations is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills.
• Target-driven and comfortable selling high-value products.
