Hiring: Diamond Grader – Experienced & Fresher

Location: A.K. Road, Surat, Gujarat

Experience: Freshers or Experienced both

Vacancies: Multiple

Qualification: Minimum HSC (12th Pass) + Diamond Grading Course/Certificate from a recognized lab

Job Summary:

We are looking for Diamond/Jewellery Graders with strong knowledge of polished diamond grading. Freshers with a relevant grading course/certificate and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate polished diamonds/jewellery as per grading standards and SOPs.
• Assess 4Cs – Carat, Colour, Clarity & Cut, along with polish and symmetry.
• Perform inclusion plotting and microscope grading.
• Use diamond grading instruments, equipment, and software.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality standards.
• Experienced candidates should be able to grade independently; freshers will work under senior graders.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of 4Cs, colour & microscope grading, clarity, polish, symmetry, and inclusions.
• Excellent observation and attention to detail.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to follow grading standards and SOPs.

Eligibility:

• Must have completed a Diamond Grading Course/Certificate from a recognized/reputed laboratory. (GIA lab experience is an added advantage).
• Comfortable to work in different shifts.

Retention Policy:

• 10% of salary will be deducted every month till 2 years and you will get the deducted salary after completing 2 years with 5% of interest.
