Key Responsibilities
- Gemstone and diamond grading evaluation
- Providing expert customer consultation
- Supporting retail sales with technical product knowledge
- Ensuring authenticity and quality standards
- Assisting customers in selecting diamonds and precious stones
Candidate Profile
- Certification preferred: GIA / IGI
- Strong knowledge of diamonds and gemstones
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with attention to detail
