Job Title: Gemini Enterprise Engineer

- Experience in AI/ML support or cloud-based technical support roles
- Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with focus on AI/ML services
- Coding: L2 Gemini Support, L2 GCP AI/ML, L2 Agentic AI, L2 API Support
- Hands-on experience supporting Gemini models, Vertex AI, and ML workflows
- Proficiency in Python, R, or Java with scripting and debugging experience
- Understanding of Agentic AI concepts and the automation of workflows across systems
- Experience with API integrations, SDKs, REST APIs, and authentication mechanisms
- Strong skills in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and issue resolution
- CEFR B2 or higher communication proficiency
