TCS Hiring for Gemini Business Support – Tier 2 Engineer (AI/ML Support)

L2 Gemini Support, L2 GCP AI/ML, L2 Agentic AI, L2 API Support

Experience Range: 4-8Yrs

Job Locations: Chennai / Ahmedabad

Job Description:

Must Have:

• 3 to 7 years of experience in AI/ML support or cloud-based technical support roles
• Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with focus on AI/ML services
• Hands-on experience supporting Gemini models, Vertex AI, and ML workflows
• Proficiency in Python, R, or Java with scripting and debugging experience
• Understanding of Agentic AI concepts and AI-driven automation
• Experience with API integrations, SDKs, REST APIs, and authentication mechanisms
• Strong skills in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and issue resolution
• CEFR B2 or higher communication proficiency.
