We are looking to hire a skilled and detail-oriented GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Manager/Specialist to independently manage and grow our company's operations on the GeM portal. The role will involve end-to-end handling of the GeM seller account, including registration, profile management, product and service listing, catalog creation, pricing updates, and ensuring compliance with GeM guidelines. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring bids, BOQs, and tenders, preparing and submitting quotations, participating in reverse auctions, and ensuring timely and accurate responses to government buyer requirements. This role also includes complete order lifecycle management such as order acceptance, coordination with internal teams for fulfilment, invoice generation, delivery tracking, payment follow-ups, and handling post-order activities including returns, penalties, or clarifications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of government procurement processes, documentation, timelines, and statutory compliance, along with hands-on experience working on the GeM portal. The position requires excellent coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Prior experience handling GeM operations for manufacturing, technology, drone, or engineering companies will be an added advantage.
