About The Role
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-friendly Gelato Scoopers to join our vibrant outlet in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. As a Gelato Scooper, you'll be the face of our brand, delivering delicious scoops of happiness to our customers while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, product knowledge, and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in choosing flavors and combinations
Scoop and serve gelato/ice cream with attention to portion control and presentation
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness at the counter and serving areas
Ensure correct handling and storage of gelato and toppings
Operate POS (billing) systems, handle cash/card transactions accurately
Assist with opening/closing duties, including restocking and cleaning
Follow company policies for safety, hygiene, and quality assurance
Communicate effectively with team members and managers
Requirements
Basic communication skills in English, Hindi, or Telugu
Friendly, approachable, and energetic attitude
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Prior experience in food service, retail, or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory
Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and personal grooming
Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
