2. Architect multi-agent systems usingVertex AI Conversation and Agent Engine
3. Tool & Function Calling
4. Hybrid RAG Integration
5. Rapid Prototyping
6. CCaaS Ecosystem Integration
7. Stakeholder Management

Must Have Skills: GCP, Presales, Contact Center, Datacenter, Workplace, Solution Architect, ITSM

Location: Pan India

Experience: 12 to 20 years

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech , BSC, BA, MBA, M.Tech, BCA, MSC

Certification:

• Genesys CCaaS / NICE CXone Certified Professional or Architect

• Amazon Connect / Google CCAI / Cisco Contact Center Certifications

• ITIL Foundation

• PMP or TOGAF

Eligibility Qualification:

• 8–15+ years in Contact Centre solutioning / consulting / delivery leadership, with significant RFx ownership.
• Proven experience in ITSM, Workplace, Datacenter/Cloud & Networks solution design and operational models.
