- Technical support of GE APM modules likes IM TM RBI RCA RCM APM Connect
- Configuration and Implementation of APM solutions like GE Meridium GE System1
- Integration support of data between APM ERP and Historians and thirdparty systems
- Adherence to customer SLAs
- Customer interaction for Support tickets analysis and resolutions
- Carry minor enhancements as stipluatted by Support scope
- Coordinate and help Project Team in Solution Upgrades and deplyments
- Technical Experience
- 510 Years Industry Experience Oil Gas domain preferred in Implementation and Maintenance of applications
- Functional knowledge of Maintenance and Inspection processes in Oil and Gas
- Sound knowledge of Asset Integrity and Equipment Maintenance functions
- Sound hands on Field experience on different asset types Static Rotary Electrical and Instrumentation in the Maintenance Domain
- Technical knowledge of CMMS IDMS SAP PM JDE Maximo Infor EAM Metegrity RBI IntelaTrac GE APM Emerson CSI GE System1
- Good understanding of data requirements for Predictive analytics for Asset Performance Management and Equipment Lifecycle Management
- Knowledge of applying configuration changes per approved functional technical design Configure Family and Fields Business Rules Family Policies Behaviours Risk Matrix Dashboards Queries Graphs Reports APM Policies Strategy Rules Schedules Apply Security Changes and Add Security Users
- Perform installation andor programming tasks related to agreed interface conversion of specifications andor application assignments including agreed upon system tailoring and customization
- Performing analyses on software application functionality and suggesting improvements
- Strong Integration capabilities for different maintenance and inspection datasets and assets through appropriate technology intervention
- Managing application migration across environments to ensure continued and synchronized functionality
- Establishing the root causes of application errors and escalating serious concerns to the vendor team
- Working knowledge on operating systems database management hardware and thirdparty software on client and server machines
