Key Responsibilities
- Lead discussions with customer stakeholders on software selection, APM implementation strategy, and lifecycle cost considerations.
- Provide expertise in delivery methods (series-wise and parallel component delivery) for APM programs.
- Configure and optimize GE APM modules including RCM/FMEA, RBI, SIS, Inspection, Analytics.
- Define and manage Master Data, Reports, Dashboards, and Recommendation workflows within GE APM.
- Develop testing strategy, validation plans, and training materials tailored for different user roles.
- Support integration and data management topics such as:
- Integration patterns and interface governance
- Master Data Management
- Custom interface development
- Native Web APIs and secure DB access
- Data loading and workflow orchestration
- Act as a consultant for manpower expertise requirements in APM (training, certifications, tool usage).
- Document best practices and provide knowledge transfer to customer teams.
Work Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Asset Performance Management (APM) with hands-on implementation of GE APM / Meridium.
- Strong knowledge of RCM/FMEA, RBI, SIS, and Inspection methodologies.
- Proven track record of configuring reports, dashboards, workflows, and master data in APM.
- Expertise in APM-ERP/CMMS integration (SAP PM, Maximo, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Web APIs, ETL/data loading tools, and workflow automation.
- Excellent consulting, customer-facing, and presentation skills.
- Certifications in relevant domains (API 580/581, FMEA, IEC 61511, etc.) are highly desirable.
