Excellent Knowledge of computer reservations systems, Also experience in Galileo GDS systems and e-travelling. Looking after all the aspect related to Ticketing (Domestic and international) i.e. Making PNR, Ticket issuance, Re-issuance, Cancellations and Refunds. Should Posses GDS knowledge of Amadeus & Galileo. Should be well versed with City Codes & Airline Codes. Interacting with the airline regarding refund and cancellation policies. Maintaining daily productivity report of agents.
