About this Position Support platform development and business growth activities by working closely with customers, engineering teams, and commercial functions. They will assist in understanding customer requirements, identifying new opportunities, supporting product launches, and coordinating cross-functional activities to strengthen customer relationships and contribute to future platform wins.
What You´ll Do
- Leverage technical expertise in Body-in-White (BIW), vehicle structures, and assembly technologies to anticipate customer needs and develop value-driven solutions.
- Develop, support, and execute customer platform roadmaps to drive sustainable and profitable growth.
- Identify key decision-makers and build strong relationships with customer engineering centers, purchasing teams, and strategic suppliers.
- Collaborate closely with Technical Management, Marketing, Sales, KAMs, and Program Teams to align and drive business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, customer strategies, and future vehicle programs to develop growth scenarios and new business pathways.
- Drive and support new product introductions and technology deployments at customer platforms.
- Lead pre-RFQ engagement activities to position Henkel solutions and influence customer specifications.
- Serve as the primary technical-commercial interface for RFQs, engineering change requests (ECRs), and customer technical inquiries.
- Work closely with Program Managers during program realization to ensure successful deployment and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with KAMs and Technical Managers to develop competitive and profitable quotation strategies.
- Maintain visibility of the customer program portfolio, monitor future opportunities, and proactively drive acquisition activities.
- Define Platform roadmap & drive adoption
- Drive business growth and Relationship management at Engg Center
- Convert market needs into qualified projects and RFQs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
What makes you a good fit
- Engineering Graduate (Mechanical/Automobile/Chemical) Preferred
- 0-3 years of experience in Automotives or OEM's
- Working knowledge of computer
- Ability to read and interpret documents, Drawings
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Knowledge of designing software is an added advantage
- Travelling will be part of the Job
