Job Description

  • Patient Examination & Diagnosis:
  • Conduct thorough examinations of patients to assess symptoms and medical conditions.
  • Diagnose a variety of medical conditions based on patient history, physical examination, and diagnostic results.
  • Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Treatment & Medication Management:
  • Prescribe medications, therapies, and other treatments based on patient diagnoses.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize health outcomes.
  • Diagnostic Tests & Imaging:
  • Order, interpret, and analyze diagnostic tests (e.g., blood work, X-rays, MRIs) to assist in diagnosis and treatment decisions.
  • Review medical images to identify abnormalities and make informed clinical decisions.
  • Emergency Care:
  • Provide first aid and stabilize patients in emergency situations.
  • Make quick decisions in critical situations to ensure patient safety and well-being.
  • Medical Documentation:
  • Document patient histories, diagnoses, treatments, and progress in comprehensive and accurate medical records.
  • Ensure all records comply with legal and regulatory standards for documentation and confidentiality.
  • Collaborative Care:
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals, such as specialists, nurses, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  • Participate in case discussions and multidisciplinary team meetings for complex cases.
  • Confidentiality & Patient Privacy:
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all patient information and adhere to privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA) at all times.
  • Ensure patient records and personal data are stored and shared securely.
