Job Title: GCP Senior Data Lead / Data Scientist

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced GCP Senior Data Lead / Data Scientist with strong expertise in Machine Learning, NLP, and GCP ecosystem. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable ML models and data solutions on Google Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy ML models and data solutions on GCP
- Build and optimize large-scale data processing pipelines
- Work on advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and AI solutions
- Lead development of MLOps pipelines (Kubeflow, MLFlow, etc.)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive AI/ML innovation and solution design
- Conduct data analysis, transformation, and performance tuning
- Ensure best practices in coding, deployment, and cloud architecture
Must Have Skills:
- Strong experience in GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow, Vertex AI)
- Proficiency in Python (mandatory)
- Good experience in MS SQL / Advanced SQL
- Hands-on experience in Machine Learning & Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras)
- Experience with NLP/NLU/NLG techniques
- Expertise in MLOps (Kubeflow, MLFlow)
- Experience with Docker & Kubernetes
Good to Have:
- Experience with HuggingFace, spaCy, scikit-learn, gensim
- Knowledge of GCP architecture & cloud solutions
- Exposure to Agile & DevOps methodologies
- Experience in data modeling tools (Erwin Data Modeler)
- Strong stakeholder management & consulting skills

- Experience in handling enterprise-level data & AI solutions
- Ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders
